Reproduce the atmosphere of a Michelin-starred restaurant at home… Despite your indisputable talents as a cook, the glasses and plates from this famous Swedish chain are no longer enough. It’s time to take things to the next level. And while we’re at it, we might as well go straight to the big leagues: the finest restaurants in Lyon, and therefore in France (and therefore in the world), are getting together in November to allow everyone to leave with a little magic under their arm. Let’s not forget: we eat with our mouths as well as our eyes. So don’t delay, read this post and take your place at this new edition of La Vaisselle des Chefs.
La Vaisselle des Chefs: the tableware tour de table

For nearly 15 years,La Vaisselle des Chefshas been a not-to-be-missed event for gourmets in the capital of gastronomy, enabling ordinary people to put themselves in the shoes of the greatest.
The objective? There are, of course, several. First and foremost, to give a second life to tableware and accessories from some of the world’s greatest chefs: plates, cutlery, glasses, candlesticks, tablecloths and napkins… From silverware to table linen, earthenware, crystal and porcelain, everything gets a new lease on life.

The products are second-hand, but first-hand indeed! Already used, they are offered at a much more reasonable price than in stores. Affordability is one of the watchwords of this operation, which enables everyone to bring a little magic home with them.
Last but not least – and this is undoubtedly the highlight of La Vaisselle des Chefs – the event is above all about solidarity. Thanks to the support of numerous volunteers, the funds raised will go to help the Kiwanis association, which partly finances the Fondation Maladies Rares, as well as Habitat Saint-Roch, which helps families in precarious situations.
How to get your precious ticket? There are still a few places left for Sunday, but these are the last ones!

The operation will take place directly at the Hôtel de Ville (please!) on Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 10am to 5pm. To gain access, you’ll need to register on the event’s website. Please note: without registration, you won’t be able to enter Ali Baba’s cave. Don’t miss this golden opportunity to shine at this year’s New Year’s Eve dinner in front of your mother-in-law!
