Art literally steps out of the frame with Monet: the immersive experience
We’re talking about a 360° digital show, where projections, sounds, and images come together to tell the story of Claude Monet’s life, travels, and inspirations—from the perfectly recreated gardens of Giverny with their Norman enclosure, water garden, Japanese bridge, and wisteria, to the sparkling banks of the Seine and the famous Water Lilies. Everything is designed to make you feel the work rather than just look at it.
The concept? Forget the somewhat cold walls of a traditional museum: here, the walls become screens, the floors come to life, and the colors are more vibrant than ever. The experience promises to combine emotion, poetry, and technology. From the walls to the floor, (venue) will be bathed in light emanating from the work of Claude Monet.

Art at the service of technology: a unique digital device
The exhibition/experience is organized by Exhibition Hub—creators of Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience—and offers the opportunity to discover Monet’s work in a 2.0 version. Seamlessly blending art and technology, thanks to a system combining video mapping projections and virtual reality, it allows visitors to cross the Japanese bridge while watching the water lilies and their reflection in the pond, observe the waltz of Japanese fish, capture the light of dawn, and lose themselves in fields of poppies… All without leaving Lyon.
This contemplative experience also invites participants to try their hand at the technique of Impressionism. Dots, jerky brushstrokes of all colors juxtaposed… Budding artists also have the opportunity to put theory into practice by creating their own work of art.
In short, a true sensory journey into the Impressionist world, perfect for a chill outing with friends, an arty date, or a cultural outing with the family.
