A new way of bringing second-hand clothing to life
Papote doesn’t yet have its own boutique, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t already found a home. In the meantime, the pieces are on display in the Clothe2Me boutique, a stone’s throw from Place Bellecour in the 2nd arrondissement. So, much to the delight of the Lyonnais, there’s a genuine second-hand HQ right in the heart of Lyon!
In order to bring their world to the attention of as many people as possible, the founders regularly organize events in various emblematic locations in the city, such as The Hill Club restaurant near Perrache. It’s both a way of testing out different neighborhoods for their future boutique, and a way of bringing second-hand fashion to life in a different way! Who knows, with a bit of luck, their next premises will be near you?
What’s more, on Saturday July 12 it’s an all-daymarket at La Commune , and the Papote duo will be there from 12pm to 7pm! On the program? Tufting, upcycling, nail art, tattoos and much more… all in a festive atmosphere that smells of summer and creativity!
