One stage per arrondissement, more than 85 free concerts
This year, the city of Lyon has pulled out all the stops, setting up a stage in every arrondissement! A total of 9 stages will host no fewer than 85 free concerts from all horizons. Rap in Croix-Rousse, jazz in Fourvière or Jamaican music in the 9th district, there’s something for everyone!
Program for the Fête de la Musique 2024 in Lyon
Here are the concerts scheduled for Friday, June 21:

- 1st arrondissement: Urban Topic (hip-hop, reggae, dancehall…) Jardin des Chartreux, 5pm to 11pm

- 2nd arrondissement: Indie rock, Japanese music, pop spleen and Caribbean music, Place Gailleton, 5:30 pm to 10 pm

- 3rd arrondissement: Live performance by 4 winners of the Kiwi and pop-rock music competition. Place Guichard and Quai Augagneur, 6pm to midnight

- 4th arrondissement: Slam/rap and pop-rock. Place Croix-Rousse from 6:30 pm to 10:45 pm and Boulevard de la Croix Rousse from 6 p.m. to midnight

- 5th arrondissement: Pop, rock, electro pop and slam/jazz. Place Saint-Jean from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Quai Romain Rolland from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m

- 6th arrondissement: Choir, Polynesian dance, pop rock and DJ. Place Brosset, 5:30 p.m. to midnight

- 7th arrondissement : Electro, variety, rock, rap, brass band. Place Jean Jaurès, 6pm to 10pm

- 8th arrondissement: Le rock du Commandant Arnaud! (pop/rock) Place Commandant Arnaud, from 6pm
