Organized in several French cities at the same time, most of the time on a voluntary basis, partner restaurants welcome the chefs and create special dishes for the occasion. This year, an off-site highlight will take place in the Beaujolais region, with an exceptional menu by Syrian chef Samir Hadid. The festival will conclude with a festive, family-friendly banquet at HEAT Lyon, enlivened by artistic performances. Through each dish, Refugee Food defends cuisine that is inclusive, sustainable and rich in human experience. So make sure you don’t miss out on any of this new edition, from June 10 to 15!
