If you’re looking for a family brunch, this is the place. In addition to the gargantuan buffet, the place has an area with reserved for children which is supervised by a childminder. For aficionados of good cheese and bacon on waking, Le Desjeuneur is surely already one of your favorite addresses. A veritable Lyon institution located on the Pentes de Croix-Rousse (practically in Croix-Rousse), this restaurant has made brunch its leitmotiv. It’s often fully booked, with mile-long queues to prove it. And with good reason: reservations are not possible! First come, first served. So don’t sleep in too late if you want to have a chance of tasting Le Desjeuneur’s delicious brunch!
