2. Glacier Unico, the most seasonal
Born of the passion of Julia and Tiago, Único has become a benchmark for fans of artisanal, local and seasonal ice creams. The little extra? The former students of the Institut Bocuse create their own recipes, choosing raw, fresh ingredients from local producers! Each fragrance, constantly evolving with the seasons, reveals a subtle, authentic taste. From revisited classics to daring creations, Único seduces as much by the quality of its products as by its affordable prices! And if you can’t get enough, their new project on the Quais de Saône, Fresco, honors Italian tradition with equally gourmet homemade ice creams. Brazilian vanilla, organic pistachio, gazpacho or raspberry-basil: the menu promises some great surprises!
