It’s summertime! While we’re obviously envious of the lucky few who are off on vacation, we do know that July in Lyon is punctuated by a whole host of activities. Beyond the bouchons Lyonnais, the magnificent parks and the swimming pools where you can take a dip, there are many festivals, lively venues and exhibitions that deserve our full attention. Les Nuits de Fourvière is the festival that thrills the hearts of the Lyonnais for almost two months (what other festival in France can say as much!?). With an exceptional harvest once again this year, it’s the home stretch for the last ten days of the festival. After seeing legendary bands such as Pulp, The Libertines and Feu! Chatterton on stage, festival-goers will still be able to enjoy concerts by The Lemon Twigs, The Kills and Chilly Gonzales. A real treat!

Rediscover the Musée Cinéma & Miniature

Push open the doors of the Musée Cinéma & Miniature, a place absolutely unique in the world! Impossible to miss: the Station Mue summer season returns to Lyon! With a host of free activities for the whole family, this cultural venue is set to transform the capital of the Gauls. From now until October 5, you’ll be able to take part in events such as the Graines Electroniques festival, the Ferme en Ville farm and other activities such as So wait and puccini spritz! One thing’s for sure: you’re in for a great family time!
