Who’d have thought it? To see Mona Lisa window-shopping in the Westfield La Part Dieu shopping center... you’d think! Well, no. Or just a little bit, at any rate just enough to reproduce the iconic architecture of the Louvre in the mall’s aisles, and rediscover some of the Louvre’s most fascinating works this spring in Lyon.
The Louvre… as if you were there

It has to be said that the situation is a bit naughty and intriguing. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just curious, you want to know what it’s all about. The “J’habite au Louvre” exhibition invites young and old alike to rediscover the Louvre’s greatest treasures in an original format. In all, more than 100m2 of space will plunge you into the magic of the Louvre, with an identical reproduction of a work of art. Throughout the exhibition, Louvre staff will be on hand to welcome visitors and help them discover these masterpieces, reproduced for the occasion in special formats. In addition, there will be activities for the whole family, with interactive games, creative workshops and even a library to further your knowledge of art. And yes, we almost forgot, the exhibition is open to the public.
